What did breath awareness do for you?

I am less anxious and activated.

My brain feels less compressed and I feel like I’ve got more energy than before

I felt super relaxed after I got the breathing down

It made me feel relaxed and helped me let my mind go blank. I didn’t even hear anything besides my heartbeat!

Yeah stretching made my body crack and I felt more aware of the useless that are tight

I enjoyed the stillness i felt at the very end of the excercise when you return to normal breathing

This was indeed a helpful process for me

I think I prefer this breathing pattern to box breathing.

My mind feels more calm. I feel good. Meditation is Amazing

These meditations are getting more impactful as I practice more consistently

Noticed I was more stressed and uptight than I realised I was before doing the meditation

Yeah I found that as well

The difference before and after meditating is getting better with each session
