Enjoyable, slowed everything down

I have only tried meditation a few times and it is getting better. This last time I could feel myself relaxing and becoming calm.

Meditation is wonderful, I just need to figure out a way to routinely fit it into my day

Really enjoyed this session, I wasn’t aware of feeling stressed before starting it, but I definitely felt relaxed and a lot calmer afterwards. :+1:t2:
