What did breath awareness do for you?

Did you feel more present?

i go so lost in my thoughts sometimes i couldnt even listen to the voice

I was anxious before, and a sense of anxiety remains, but my thoughts are less busy, less jumping all over the place. So i would say it did help me feel more present.

Definitely helped me watch the thoughts go in and then straight out, in some occasions I even immediately forgot what I was just thinking about after returning my focus to the breathing

My mind feels calmer and my body less high-strung.

Pretty chill, especially for a few moments

Kinda hard to tell. But I think I’m calmer. We’ll see how the next while goes.

The breath worked well for me. I found it easy to concentrate and keep time with the breaths.
