Do you notice anything different from previous sessions? Is it easier to get into the right head space?

It was easier to relax

I felt this have a much bigger on me relaxing. I definitely preferred doing this :blush:

I agree with the dude below. Much more effective at calming my system .

This was easier rhythm to get started than box breath, but I felt box breath was more calming by the end

I was able to get into it more… did 5 minute for first time
