It made me feel light and fuzzy a slight release of stress it was good
It did make me feel energized/good.
Buzzing a bit, energised. Good.
I didn’t get much from it, but I’ve been practicing breath work for a while. Just need a longer session

wow, i did not expect this. i was expecting the usual calm breathing stuff, so this took me by surprise. not sure yet if i feel more alert, will have to try this more. got the tingles and some interesting sensations though
while i’m not sure how i feel yet, it’s definitely positive

Definitely woke me up and it really does feel tingly. Got very light headed. Great exercise.
