How did that feel?

Have your feelings towards breathwork changed? Would you try another exercise?

Felt good / I needed that today

It felt like some pressure off my chest, maybe if i did it for longer i would feel completely calm

Holding after exhale sends to stimulate anxiety, not relaxation

It’s worth giving this a try.

Felt substantially better, calmer

Calmer, more focused and clear headed.

I feel a bit of relaxation, if I did it longer I can see that it would help more.

I definitely feel calmer

Holding on the out breath gives me a little anxiety. The rest is fine.

I felt good and focused during. Sometimes not relaxed as it’s a lot of holding

I felt my mind wonder but the breathing helped

Relaxed but heart rate didn’t go down.

Relaxed and tired, in a good way. I struggle with sleep so I’m going to try this again at bed time
