Holding my breath does not help me relax
I feel more present. The new breathing pattern helped me pay special focus to my body in this time of meditation.
A little bit. Continuous practice will help
I think I feel a bit calmer and more present.
Just felt a lot more calmer
Actually worked better than box breathing and felt more energised this morning
More present and focused
I was able to stay present most of the session, then I enjoyed being told to flex my mental muscle to bring my mind back to the present when it eventually wandered.
It reduced a sense of distraction and made me feel more grounded.
Helped calm me down
Was really calming
My mind kept on wandering but it was very relaxing
Yes, very relaxing. Good to alternate with box breathing, depending on the situation… mind does wonder though.
Very relaxing. I was anxious and had a lot on my mind when I started and this meditation got me to cool down and be present. Everything is fine
I felt the tension in my limbs disappear. My shoulders feel more relaxed. It felt good.
Definitely feel a bit more relaxed. I can see how this would be very effective once I begin to master the meditation exercises
The tension in my body relaxed and my brain cleared while concentrating on the breath count. It felt peaceful.
I feel more relaxed
Sometimes, when I focus on breathing, it comes as a sort of revelation: Why haven’t I been doing this all along? It seems shallow breathing is the source of many problems.
Good indeed
