I’ve been meditating for about a month now and it’s been a great decision.

This was a nice meditation and the practice more generally has been really good for my mindset

Mind felt less cluttered

I feel so relaxed. When I opened my eyes, I felt like the weight of my body was back and I could feel my body pushing into the couch, as if I was back in reality. This was great!

I actually do think it improved my mood!

I’m not sure about the “forcing yourself to smile” (I think I’m already a positive person) but I like the meditation

It definitely relaxed me.

I find it so hard to focus but I can see how this is useful

Surely. It does. Any type of meditation works in enhancing focus and clarity. The smile on the face part just eases the brain to think well. Happy face makes a happy brain.

I’ve done meditation before but using joy and peace on the breath and exhale was new, I enjoyed it and had good calming visualisations as a result.

Got emotional thinking of joy flashbacks to happier times

I love these meditation practices. Doing and thinking nothing for 10 minutes at first seemed almost impossible but it really passes so quickly.
