How was 2-1 breathing?

I liked 2-1 breathing a lot more than box breathes, will definitely be doing this again

Yes, but I would like more instructions during the guided meditation.

I’ve been trying to practice meditation to calm my anxiety ,so this was very helpful.

Similar to box breaths. I kinda combined them and liked it.

I enjoyed having a “pause” from the world, so to speak. I will be doing plenty more of this.

Yes, I always knew regular meditation is very beneficial for overall health. However, difficult to maintain the routine but my goal is to be consistent for next 3 months atleast. Take 3 month regular meditation challenge and your life will become so calm and beautiful.

This was always the best type of breathing for me as it’s most similar to when I’m playing a wind instrument or swimming, two activities that always help me calm down

Yes. This helped me regulate my stress.

I’ve meditated before but normally did box breath. I really liked the 2-1 breathing and feel much more relaxed afterwards. I’ll have to give this a try the next time I feel anxious.

I liked this better than box breaths. I had never tried this method of longer exhales.

Relaxing, will try to use it during work. Couldn’t quite get to double exhalation without straining but I think still effective

At first I thought I was supposed to breathe out more than I breathed in.

Then I realized I was just to slowly exhale. (Allowing more oxygen to enter the body through lungs…)
Much calmer now.

Yes. Though never sure f the exhale is through nose or mouth or if it even matters
