Took a few days off from meditating and felt the disconnect early on, consistency really is key here
This was hard doing the breathing especially the hold part
I really felt a reduction in stress. I like vagus nerve stimulation. Also kinda chilled after he meditation and left my body for a bit
That was more helpful than the box breathing alone. Really decreased my anxiety
Absolutely. Iβve done box breathing before, but this particular cadence is really effective. Very relaxed and focused afterwards.

I find it very difficult to quiet my brain. If I find myself thinking about nothing Iβm then thinking about how odd that is and then I start thinking about bad memories. The 4/7/8 technique was really useful, it gave me something to focus on.
