Meditation has helped me channel my focus and get through a few panic attacks in the past. It is something I have been meaning to get more into for quite some time now.
It’s made me aware of the bullshit but, not quite instinctual to call bullshit in the moment.
Meditation kept me sane during the various lock downs. I was able to build such a level of calm and resilience that then left me when lock down ended and I returned to the daily way of life. Meditation always allows my brain to refresh. Sometimes it is the only time I stop all day aswell and having that as a definite is essential to getting out of the constant state of anxiety and the fight or flight mode that causes my erectile disfunction.
I practice it often. It’s helped me realize and identify the thoughts the mind has and the types and how to navigate things.
I havnt ever really sucsessfully dome meditaion. But the mindful meditation so far has helped and many different areas in and out of the bedroom
I’ve not meditated for sexual health but have been keenly aware of the idea of managing thoughts via religious praxis for years. I’ve learned that we are not our thoughts and, even further, most of our thoughts cannot even be trusted. So the idea of managing the inner critic as thoughts to distrust and displace really resonates with me.
Haven’t tried it yet but am super open to trying
I use meditation in other aspects of my life but never for sex. I have avoided sexual contact for a while due to fears about performance. Hoping this will give me the confidence to get back on the horse so to speak.
It has helped with my mood, it has helped me not take things personally and has also made me happier
I’ve been meditating for quite a while and it definitely has opened up more headspace for me as a person, as a dad, and as a friend.
I’m curious and excited to know that I could help my sex life as well!
Meditation has definately helpd to calm my mind, but the physical benefits have not been as forthcoming…yet.
I haven’t used meditation for sexual things but it has helped to reduce stress in other areas of my life - why not here?
Meditation helped me to become more aware of negative thoughts and habits I’d had for years. As an act of self-care and compassion it’s given me a weapon I can use when feeling overwhelmed about sex.

It helps me to stop self depreciating, and it gets me back to introspection
For a brief period of time it switches off my general worries and anxieties about the future. My brain does this with everything in life, not just sex.
I use meditation for every other aspect of my life, and it helps tremendously- before a big presentation, test or game, when I am stressed, etc.
I’m open to but have never gotten serious about mediation. Now I have a great motivation to make it a regular practice!
Meditation has been really helpful in managing long standing depression and anxiety. It allows me to better regulate my moods and also monitor and counter unhelpful thought patterns.
