I haven’t had much luck with meditation, although sometimes I do notice some relaxation but mostly I’ve been upset I wasted time and didn’t get any girls. And when I do get them, I’m stressed. May be I put too much focus on getting girls
Haven’t tried yet but looking forward to seeing if it helps me block out my negative thoughts, that would do me wonders
Meditation is something I have tried but never really gotten into. It is a good practice but I think there is a lot more to be gained from it.
I was initially sceptical of meditation, but as I’ve grown older have seen the potential benefits of this practice. I am keen to try meditation now to assist with my current problem, and also to help with life in general.
Don’t know. Never really tried it. That little bit I tried tells me it could well work if made into a habit
while I still have issues it has helped me deal with them to a certain extent and help me refocus my mind
It is very early on in my meditation anxiety but so far it has helped me to be in the moment.

Meditation helps me to stay present during sex
Meditation when sustained over a few weeks or months is incredibly useful. Helps to detach my inner thoughts and “get out of my head”.
I meditated quite often in recent past but have recently stopped. Meditation has improved my overall well-being but i’m excited to get back to using it to fix my issues in the bedroom and help with my overall life
I’ve meditated in the past and it’s really helped me, but never connected it to my sex life. Hopefully it helps here too
It has been helping me enjoy things that normally I wouldn’t and also connect on a normal level where as before I feel like I was numb
I’ve always been a bit sceptical around meditation, but im almost at a loss of what else to try. My anxiety is causing me to spiral and keeps getting worse and worse. I’m worried I will lose my life partner if I dont improve soon. I’m optimistic that meditation can finally help get me out of my head and reduce my anxiety.
I have meditated almost every day for years. It has improved my life immensely in most every area. While I have not meditated with direct intent towards erections, It has not made a difference in my erections with a partner.
I’ve tried meditation a number of times over the years to deal with depression and anxiety, but never really stuck with it.
My brain is always moving at 100 miles per hour, I can never focus on one thing longer than a few seconds before becoming distracted. I think this extends to my sex life, where I’m not really ‘in the moment’.
I look forward to trying daily meditations, to really focus on how I can break out of this distracted mental state.
