Meditation for the win

I’ve found that the meditation sections are quite excellent. I’m not a “pro meditator” by any means, but with my short time on this app and seeing remarkable improvement in only a few days I have to call this one out.

There is a session regarding performance anxiety and gaining control of your thoughts that I’m awfully fond of. I also like that in most sessions I have listened to there is a piece where you check in and see where your body and mind is at, and very importantly counting breaths and paying attention to the air moving through your body and the way it feels.

This helps you focus on physicality, respecting what is real and earthily and understanding that your thoughts are not law by any means. The purpose of the session is specific but the lesson is very transferable.

Once you begin to grasp that you can mix it into the bedroom.
Something very intimate you can do with your partner is cuddle and psuedo meditate. Meaning you focus on your breaths and the way your bodies are touching each other. Focus on their toe against your leg, or their fingers caressing your arm, and individually tell them as you feel things.

Went 3 weeks without a decent hard on and played this card and it was a nice hour with my partner, slow, compassionate, very intimate and relaxing, multiple orgasms from her, and well controlled climax from myself.

Highly recommended

I agree, I’ve dabbled with meditation before and even just understanding the ability to focus on your breath is so important. The technique of grounding yourself in the moment to your breath has helped me in anxious situations even outside of the bedroom, if you just bring your attention to your breath you pull focus away from whatever is causing you anxiety.

Meditation is a game changer, it’s sticking to it long term that I struggle with because I assume my problems are fixed with it and they slowly creep back up. Mojo has definitely helped remind me of how important it is again.
