Can’t get through the meditation

I’ve tried to do the meditation exercise a few times and haven’t been able to get through it. And now every time I open Mojo and see it sitting there I just exit the app.

Anyone have any advice on this? Should I just mark it complete and move on? Last thing I want is to stop this process but I just can’t seem to get by this mental hurdle.

I don’t think it is critical and it is probably better to just mark it as done and move on than to stress over it and not do anything in the app due to that.

Mojo seems a bit odd - I got an introduction to meditation in an early phase. Indicated I would likely carry on with it. It hasn’t come up in my tasks since! I meditate anyway but can only do about 5 to 10 mins before going nuts - it does improve my day though, usually.

Can you say more about what’s making it difficult to get through? Do you find it boring, unhelpful, or some third thing?

I just can’t sit through it. My mind is all over the place and the next think I know my body is up and moving to get something “important” done and this meditation stuff can wait.

I would recommend continuing to try. Maybe even downloading a meditation app that doesn’t stress you out about erection issues with every other word. With a downloaded app, you can control the amount of time and maybe just start with 2 to 3 minutes at a time. I do believe the meditation is very helpful in geting you more present and in the moment. That could be a very big part of your erection issues as I know it is with mine. When I’m in the moment with my spouse my mind is all over the place but when I practice focusing on what I learned from meditating on my breath, it brings me back to the moment. I do think it’s something you probably can skip to keep moving, but you should continue to work on it. Just my two cents. I use an app called Down Dog Meditation. It even has walking and sleep meditation. It has been extremely helpful for me.
