I never really got into the meditation part of it and now that I have I think it’s starting to help. When me and my partner started getting intimate I had an initial thought about going soft. But once we got into it I didn’t think about it again and usually I do. Although my main issue is going soft during oral. I feel like it’s a win by being present and in the moment( also helping with general anxiety). Going to keep up with it to see how much better I can get

Yes, meditation is great for a lot of things related to anxiety. I need to get back to practicing it more regularly.
