I never had any issues in my past relationship, the anxiety was never on my mind. I’ve been single for a few years now and I can’t get out of my head in the moment. Thought I’d give this app a shot. Can only help right?

It will help big time. Be disciplined. For me meditations and hourly box breathing have been a absolute game changer

I can say for now it is helping, i did come to try but now planing for 3 months or longer, just follow the steps and dont expect immediate solutions, healing brain need some time.
How long did you do this before noticing changes?
