Use box breathing as a way to move on or away from negative thoughts, im fairly new to this and i haven’t had chance to do this while im woth my partner in bed but just throughout the day if you find you have anxiety creeping up do box breaths for 2 minutes and move on with your day.

This can also be used to reassure yourself, for example, when you know you are going to have sex the night, when you find you are overthinking or getting anxious do box breaths lable your thoughts from inner critic and you do you man
