Multitasking? Breathing exercises during sex

I am new to mojo, 1st day and one of the exercises are to do box breathing when anxious and during or trying to have sex…I’m not sure I have the focus or multitasking skills to do this while trying to quiet negative inter-critic thoughts, breath and try to be aroused and have sex. Am I missing something here?

I feel like it can be used before if you are feeling anxious or if anxious feelings come up during sex. Don’t focus super hard on it, it’s supposed to make you more present and calm. Keep following the lessons and it will start to be easier and make more sense! I’m on day 10 and have been having awesome results. Good luck :blush:

Yeah just stick with the app as it’s a process of undoing what we’ve created in our heads. There’s no quick fix but patience and persistence will help and when you start seeing the improvements it will motivate you to continue.
Our minds have fucked us up because we haven’t been aware of our thoughts but this app will allow you to take control of your mind and thoughts so that they are helpful instead of harmful.
Sex is a beautiful natural thing that we could all just be enjoying instead of stressing over our erections and performances.

I used it before, but not really during sex. It’s helped me to calm down and be in the moment.

do it daily and before sex, you dont need to think about that during sex

One way I use box breathing is during head, I’m usually focusing on my breathing or before and I also do it as a daily routine don’t underestimate the power of it, it just takes consistent work, you are a man and you have it in you brother !

It is important to try and do breath work practice when you are not feeling anxious. You will then be more confident about how it relaxing you and your body. So when you do need it it will feel easier to access. : )
