If you’ve tried meditation, how did it help?

I’ve never really tried to use meditation in this scenario, honestly. I am hoping to learn more about how to use it and focus on the moment prior to initiating.

I would like to give it a go, hopefully it can help

I have been able to better control my negative thoughts with daily meditation practice which has stopped me worrying about my erection issues

Regulating my breathing and noticing my surroundings really helps calm my thoughts.

I have seen slight improvement in the bedroom when it comes to getting an erection naturally, and an even more noticeable improvement in my overall mood.

I’ve never really tried meditation before. I know that friends have found it useful for other issues, particularly anxiety, but it never occurred to me that I might need to find inner calm. Now that I’m beginning to understand the causes of my ED I can’t wait to put this into practice.

Meditation has allowed me to slow my thoughts down. To realize that it is truly all in my head. I like what the guy in the video said about thinking about a situation too much will eventually lead to it happening. If I want to have sex, I have to see it first to allow myself to think of it as already happening. Anything other than that will hinder me. Meditation helps me get out of my head and actually pay attention to my sensations and pleasures.

I think meditation will be good for me. I have in the past struggled with staying focussed, allowing my mind to wander. The box breath certainly helped there, so I belive that the meditation can only further that

It has been a tool but far from a permanent solution. I think to really gain the benefits being advertised here I’d have to deepen my practice or–likely–combine with medication.

I’ve been trying to do meditation regularly but find it quite difficult to just sit there when your mind is running 100mph. I’ve noticed that box breathing definitely makes me concentrate more on the counting of my breaths which makes it easier to calm my mind. I’ve been doing it here and there mainly for stress management and to stave off my anxiety but I can see it helping in the bedroom as well. Excited to learn more!

Meditation has calmed me and helped with my anxiety

I’ve tried meditation before but struggled to connect with it as a practice. I really want to give it another go now

When I find the time meditation has helped me to experience life as I’m living it, rather than jumping in to the future all the time.

Having never practiced any form of meditation before, I need some help, establishing the proper method.

I aim to focus on the box breathing mentioned earlier as well as clear my mind. I use a metronome set @ at tempo of 55 to help keep me focused on a singular thing (counting the ticks) and wonder less. Its still a work in progress
