If you’ve tried meditation, how did it help?

It helps to sift through the chaos and clutter of my daily thoughts and negative habits and reframe on simply breathing and being. Eliminating stress changes your life.

i’m ready

I used to meditate through prayed when i was going through a rough time in my life (not sexually related). It was a good reset from the daily unease and anxiety i was feeling. I eventually stopped doing it as my health got better but im hoping the same happens for sex.

Meditation works. It’s not easy but it reduces anxiety. It’s a practice. More you practice the the easier it gets and is more effective.

I started mediating before starting Mojo as a way to reduce my ADHD related anxiety. As little as 10 minutes a day makes a huge difference.

I also started falling asleep to various hypnotherapists to help train my subconscious to be more mindful.

I have never tried it, but I’ve heard a bunch of good stuff about it. Hoping it works for me.

I’ve done it before on multiple occasions and it’s helped a little bit but I’ve never seen a large enough difference to continue

I think I’ve done it in the past, but nothing with a guide or ways to follow so I’m looking forward to seeing how much better the result will be if I dedicate myself to it with advice and guidelines

It helped me know my mind better

I’m hoping that meditation will help me to reduce my performance anxiety. There’s nothing worse than being intimate with my girlfriend only for a stray negative thought to creep in, cause me to stress and ruin the moment. I’m hoping that this’ll give me the tools to redirect those thoughts and worries.

I’ve tried it a bit in the past and it seemed to help. I hope that focusing my meditation on my sex life will help me better enjoy sex with a partner.

Open minded.

I practice mindfulness on a daily basis and it is now an essential part of my day.

I’m hoping that it will calm my mind and focus on enjoying the pleasure and enjoying the time with my partner

Meditation has helped me stop the constant flow of thoughts and just be

relaxation & finding out about different thoughts what are helpful & what are harmful

Am hoping to find better way of handling that sinking feeling that comes when it hits me triggering a loss of erection.
