Never tried it, always thought that its not made for people like me that are constantly thinking ahead. Would love for it to work for me and let my mind relax

I used visualizing a lot in athletics and then for speaking engagements for my job. I have also used meditation to calm myself and focus when there are many things happening at once. Finally, I have used meditation to sleep.
Meditation has helped me at times when I’ve been really stressed to relax and remove a lot of noise when not needed
Tried meditation in the past multiple times but never got into a flow. Never really thought I gained any benefits from the short stints that I did so I stopped. Really keen to see if this will be able to calm the inner critic and make my mindset in a good place.
Im hoping to reduce my anxiety. Gain back control of my emotions to help my mental and sexual health.
It’s has helped decrease my anxiety and with visualisation I feel much calmer when the moment I have been visualising happens and helps me to feel the emotion I was imagining during the visualisation meditation
I feel more focused. My mind feels clearer, colors brighter, sounds more pronounced, I feel more in tune with my body, and become completely in the present.
I started meditation before I started with MOJO and was a bit dubious about it - but after a few days I could see how it’s helpful and have been doing it ever since.
Used to do it for non Ed reasons but sometimes felt like I wasn’t doing it right but it would calm me down sometimes
I’ve used meditation to unravel my messy mind. I find taking a few moments to reflect and unpack my thoughts makes a world of difference.
I’ve used meditation in the past and it was a useful way to calm myself before a busy day. However, I’ve not used it as a means to treating ED, so looking forward to giving it a go.
I’m willing to try anything that could help, and I have never seriously meditated before. Worth a shot.
To be more grounded and in my body before during and after sex
