To be able to meditate as I’ve never tried it.
I used to do a daily 5 minute guided meditation to calm my self down before going to work. seemed to help a bit till about mid morning then everything came crashing down again. I have been doing toby Robins priming each day for a few weeks now. problem is I don’t feel it working but I’ve stuck to it to see if eventually it does!
Looking for a way to check my emotions and negative thoughts. I realize this course is geared for sex, but Ive been thru a lot of anxiety and depression, so hoping to get ideas for handling all that too.
After months of trying to use meditation to steer my inner critic with little success, I did find a MOJO meditation that helps: replacing negative thoughts with three positive ones. It allows me to replace the negative actively with positives, and it has been a speed bump, slowing down my inner critic. I know it will take more work to make it stronger.
Removing stress and assessing negative thoughts
Haven’t tried it really. Kind of skeptical and worried my ADD brain won’t be able to sit still.
I’ve meditated for years. Unfortunately it hasn’t helped my erections. I’ve also used affirmations for years. Both pretty consistently. But I’m going to keep doing both. The science says it works. And who am I to call science a liar
I’ve tried meditation several times in my life, but never was able to stick with it. But now that I’m committed to improving my sex life, and to completing the mojo program, I am determined to get into the habit of daily meditation. I’m confident it will improve all aspects of my life.
I’ve never seriously tried meditating. So I’m hoping it just helps me relax and push aside the negative thoughts and stresses of every day.

Mediation has helped me be less responsive to immediate emotions and be more on touch with deeper beliefs. I can act out my deeper self with less conscious and unconscious thought about others’ perceptions of me.
It helped me to feel less overwhelmed however it’s been difficult for me to continue practicing.
I’ve tried meditation before for general stress and it helped a lot. I did find it hard to maintain the habit though
when I first started it, it helped me leave the busy world for a while and just exist in my own head. I could ignore all distractions and focus on what was going on in my head
