How would you describe the sensation of a Reverse Kegel?

It felt like I was just taking a belly breath sitting down and pushing out a fart.

It was weird lol. It takes a little bit of mind coordination to deep breathe while “pushing out a fart,” but I could feel the pelvic engagement

I have aphantasia so visualization is impossible for me, but I did my best and I think I succeeded in doing one.

Blowing a bubble with your bum definitely helped me understand it more
