I don’t for the life of me understand the app’s explanation of reverse kegels. I don’t understand how to apply pressure to that area, how “imagining it lengthening and dropping” could help, or indeed what the idea behind it is. Does anyone have any tips or positive experiences with this?

I took a piss and focused on the feeling of speeding it up. Then I sat down tried to get that feeling again during the exercise. Hope that helps (kinda feels like contracting core but lower and softer)
Did try to recreate the feeling of “peeing harder or pushing your pee out”
I could feel a stretch or a form of elongation in the pelvis area.
This is oddly specific, but it helped me: take a deep breath in then exhale through your mouth until it’s gone, and you almost feel pressure at the bottom of your belly. From here, hold that breath and “flex” the muscles in your dick when you make it bounce. You feel that sensation behind your balls and slightly above your anus (the taint), that’s what they’re talking about.
