Reverse kegal confusion

Hi, one for those doing reverse Kegals, I’m not fully understanding the instructions. Is it take a deep belly breath, then while holding that breath you try to imagine pushing out a fart etc and then relax both that and breathing? Thanks

I think it is more as you end the deep belly breath. Right as my belly completely fills I can feel the slight “pushing out a fart” feeling, then I hold that feeling while I slowly exhale, then relax the pelvic floor and slowly take a deep belly breath in again and repeat. When I do that sitting on a toilet I can actually see my penis thicken and lengthen ever so slightly. Good luck, it took me a while before I was able feel it.

You might want to try the exercise in different positions. I find it easier to feel the pelvic floor relax when I’m standing.
