Reverse Kegels?

I can’t figure out how to do Reverse Kegels. Am I supposed to feel anything at all in the pelvis area?
I have zero control of it. All I can do is take a belly breath, and try and push out a fart. Just not feeling any muscles doing anything down there.

I foumd the kegel exercises on here confusing so I went on youtbue. Watch a video titled “the secret for learning how to kegel for men” by Dr Eric Leckie. It helped me a lot.

Think of it like this if a kegel is you stopping your pee by clenching your butt a reverse is the opposite effect have you ever wanted poop to come out faster or letting out a fart it’s the same thing
