Struggling to find the reverse kegel muscles

As title really, I can do a regular kegel well and have strengthened them quite well, reverse kegel I’m really struggling to find them and actually know if I’m doing jt right, the instructions aren’t quite clear on how I should feel or if I’m feeling something different then I’m doing it wrong.

Can anyone help me? What should I be feeling? How can I best locate them?

I went for a piss earlier and a kegel stops the flow of urine abd a reverse kegel increases the speed.

So I just pissed out harder and located the muscle there & I think I have found it?

I agree with strategic purple parrot. Try it while peeing. It should be like forcing pee out. It’s also kinda like the feeling of trying to fart, or poo, but you should avoid straining yourself

I had the same challenge but think I figured it out. The key to me in the description provided was pretending you are trying to pee with more pressure. To get that sense, I emptied my bladder by prong to get that sense. Them, standing up, I pretended I was peeing and putting pressure as if I wanted to pee further. The feeling is like your perineum is pressing downward and not upward. The feeling is not as strong as real Kegel but I feel something with and it gets more pronounce as I do it. Hope it helps.

Yeah, it’s going to tske some getting used to as with regular kegels you can feel it pretty strongly, with reverse ones it’s only a subtle sensation
