I just cannot seem to get the knack of doing a reverse kegel. I know you’re supposed to put your hands between your balls and bumhole, but i don’t feel any movement whatsoever.
I do feel movement when doing a normal kegel though - am i missing something? Or doing something wrong? Is there a better explanation somewhere?

What is the difference between a kegel and a reverse one? I can do the kegels but now I’m wondering which one I’m doing…
The reverse kegel is the muscle you use when you want to piss harder and just get it all out faster. A regular kegel is the muscle you use to stop urine flow.
Just focus on it as if you had were taking a piss and imagine pushing it out.

Oh wow, I can’t edit my comments at all! Anyway I’ve been trying to do it while peeing. Just trying out starting and stopping. Not sure if it’s a good idea, but I think it helps me practice. A dumb, fun game while I’m just living
I’m in the same boat here, the exercises do make them sound so similar
Regular is pulling in with the muscle, reverse is pushing out.
