Peeing during reverse kegels?

My understanding is that a normal kegel is the muscles you use to stop yourself from peeing, and that a reverse kegels is the muscles that you would use to pee faster. When I am practicing reverse kegels there are times that I pee a little bit - Anyone else have this happen? Am I targeting the wrong muscles or what?

I guess you might be squeezing about to much or too often? Can i ask, do you dribble after peeing anyway?
