Reverse keigal help

Hi guys,
I’m still having a hard time differentiating between a regular and revert keigal. I think the regular one is when you contract the area between your balls and ass and can feel your anus contract, but I can’t
figure out how to do a reverse one… any tips?

My understanding is: While peeing make the flow stop = kegel. Make it come out faster =reverse kegel

Firstly relax your pelvic floor, feel ot drop. Gently bare down but push in the middle between your balls and anus. It won’t be as much of a movement, more of a pressure at first. You may feel your anus bulge a bit.
