Does it make sense to work on your kegel exercises while you are taking a pee? Like stop your flow every few seconds and hold for like 5-10 seconds. I feel you can really put that muscle to the test.
It might be okay. But remember that reverse Kegels use a gentle motion of the pelvic floor that you use to push pee out faster. Usually 3 sets x 10 reps of 5 seconds duration.
Ahhh ok. So kegels is similar to holding pee in while reverse kegels is similar to pushing out? Or is it vice-versa?

Kegels - stop flow. Reverse Kegels - push out pee.
