I’m struggling to feel the different kegels exercises, especially reverse kegels. I can’t tell if I’m doing it right. Has anyone struggled with the same? If so how did you overcome it?
Im still trying to figure it out. It’s kind of confusing. I’m gonna actually try YouTube and see if there are better breakdowns on it
I’m struggling to feel the reverse one. Or when breathing deep. I just figured it need some time and practice
Unfortunately the explanations for Kegel and reverse Kegel are not very good on this app. I’ve had to go elsewhere for better demonstrations
Kegels, I was fine with reverse kegels were difficult for me.
I found though that if you put your hand on your perineum or in between your penis and you anus You can feel the muscles contracting and releasing. Position hand closer to but not underneath your anus and when sitting down, And taking that deep breath in and feels like you are trying to push out a fart, feel for those muscles pushing down into the chair. If you feel more pressure on your hand than you did before you started doing that, you are doing a reverse kegel.
