I’ve tried the exercise many times now and I’m just not getting it. I’ve tried searching the web for more instruction, but nothing seems to get me any of the required movement down there. Is there anything else I should try before I give up?

Yeah I’ve done it many times and I don’t feel any movement when I put my fingers down there.

I can figure out a regular kegel. The reverse kegel feels like i am trying to poop.
