Does anyone have any tips for reverse kegels cause I’ve been doing them for a month now and swear I’m doing them wrong, when I place a hand there i can’t feel any movement

Same here!
I posted about it earlier today because I was also having issues and got a few responses. The suggestion was try doing it in child’s pose (google that if you’re not sure). I just tried it and could feel it. Hope that helps!

Next time you pee do what you would normally do to push out that pee faster/stronger and take a gentler version of it to practice. Gerard Greene on YouTube also has a decent video.

I found that the box breathe exercise before doing reverse Kegels helped me. Remember to not push too hard when doing them.
