I was doing reverse kegels wrong 😔

Going back from my last post from yesterday, I realized I was just doing “stronger” kegels and at the time I hadn’t noticed it because I tried to pay more attention to the instruction of reverse kegels today and I was struggling to get the idea down.

I know people say like the idea of forcing pee down, or pushing a fart, but I still don’t get it. Anyone got other tips to figure out if I’m doing it right/how to do it?

The easiest thing to do is next time you go for a piss, try and push out the piss faster you’ll feel a muscle relax - that’s the feeling you need to have each time. That’s why it’s recommended that you have empty bowels and bladder because there’s a risk you could shit/piss yourself if you do it too hard. Haha

I kept getting hung up on how it could be relaxing of the muscles, not a tension or pressure. It just now clicked for me reading this. Thanks!
