Hi I’m just wondering is it just me or does anyone else struggle with the reverse kegels. I just can’t get it.
It takes time I’ve done them for over 50 days and struggling as well. Try breathing exercises and touch your area and see if you feel movement

Exactly the same. I’ve got the hang of regular kegels now, but struggle to now exactly what I’m supposed to be doing with reverse kegels. I know the instruction/suggestion is relax rather than contract, but I don’t really get how to actively do this.
Does imagining pushing your fart/poop/pee out while breathing in help?
Next time you go for a piss, try and make the piss come out faster, by tensing your abs/try and try to make yourself shit (obviously if you don’t need a shit, otherwise you’ll shit lol) - you’ll
Find it much easier that way, that’s the muscle that you need to focus on each time you do a reverse kegel, but again, make sure you don’t need a piss or a shit otherwise you’ll defecate yourself or piss your pants!
I find the reverse quite difficult, I will do kegels while I walk and find as you release a kegel it’s easier to push into the reverse kegel on an outward breath.
Thanks everyone. I think the bit I’m struggling with is breathing in and pushing down at the same time. My brain is caving in.
