Reverse Kegel not making sense

Am I the only one who didn’t understand the reverse Kegel stuff? Even after watching a YouTube video, I’m still confused. I kinda skipped over it

It didn’t make sense to me either. Instructions were frustrating

What worked for me after watching some YouTube videos was to go pee. Shut it off=kegel and then force it out=reverse kegel. Hope that helps. I didn’t really get it till I peed and I could isolate the feeling. Still not getting the relaxation feeling from it though from practicing but I very thing that is supposed to be moving is moving. What helped me was to go pee. And try stop the flow multiple times during your pee session.
It’s weird and can result is some toilet seat mishaps but it will improve the muscle there…
Try to stop your pee and hold it for every pee session. Then try do it without peeing
