How would you describe the sensation of a Reverse Kegel?

Could feel the pressure being forced down and then released

It’s like your trying to poop

Like trying to poop

Like trying to fart

I just tried to fart.

Difficult down push

yes!! actually. i’ve been struggling with how to breathe through my diaphragm and my whole body for years now. i finally feel like maybe i’ve mastered it!!

Imagining pushing a fart help, then remembering regular Kegels, then just doing the opposite

Opposite of kegel

Blowing a bubble with your asshole basically

I remember during a birthing class back in 2006 they described this as “breathing down”. Also, note your jaw, if it’s tense, your pelvic floor can’t relax enough to do the exercise.

I found the descriptions quite helpful.

Descriptions were helpful. I do calisthenics daily, so I am in pretty good touch with my body. I was able to do the reverse kegel without much effort.

Visualization did help for sure. I looks forward to having an easier time with it the more practice i have.
