The fart image immediately tunes you into the sensation. The image of pushing your breath down into that area then makes it easier to do it with the breathing, which feels more organic
I was able to feel my pelvic floor moving up in down when I pushed like having to pass gas.
It feels tense in my abdomen but I do feel a subtle drop in my pelvic floor as I push. Hopefully I am doing it right
