How would you describe the sensation of a Reverse Kegel?

Thinking about pushing out a fart helped. I think also visualizing the area relaxing and going into the seat helped also. The more relaxed I was about it, the better I did it.

I feel a nice pressure between my balls and butthole.

It’s the same sensation as trying to stop peeing mid stream.

Muscle movement when normally tight.

I did not find the instructions very helpful. I went to YouTube and found much better examples.

It felt like pushing out a fart but it’s a weird sensation I have not felt before

The videos help. As you breath in you move your balls with the breath like it’s all connected

Still having difficulty feeling this one. I get the action of forcing pee to go faster, but don’t get any of the rise or fall sensation.
