Felt like how it was deceived - slight pressure from the air going from my lower stomach/diaphragm to my kegel/crotch area.
It would be helpful to talk about what muscles are working. For me I was pushing with an abdominal contraction

I’m having a hard time feeling the PFM contracting when inhale deeply and exhale. I’ve tried on my side as well. I can only feel it when I force it.
Like pushing out a fart but instead of exhaling on the inhale portion letting the pressure go from diaphragm down to between balls and butthole
It helped getting comfortable.
Felt good. I enjoyed the sensation and had no idea I could move those muscles.
Did this while using the restroom and after kinda help it’s kinda sucking your butthole in and just letting it relax

The videos helped. I think I’m very tense down there. It’s difficult to feel the desired effect. I think this needs repetition.
Interesting, I’ve done regular kegels, but never tried the reverse as an “exercise” but it makes sense to improve the mind/muscle connection.
