Saying in my head, β€œhere, now,” repeatedly helped me let go of my stream of thought and focus on my breath. I will try this next time I have sex and want to last longer.

My mind was all over the place to begin with. Definitely more focused at the end.

Hopefully it works with struggling to maintain an erection too, good insight, will be using the here and now

My mind wandered as usual which is fine, but it did relax me focusing on my breath.

I think the here, now is easier to use during the moment than the counting breaths of other exercises.

Mind is calmer and less hectic with intrusive thoughts. I like the idea of using word or phrases to anchor myself when I’m having trouble letting certain thoughts pass through my mind

Yeah, it takes me a while if at all so I’m curious if a different approach is recommended? I find being present is helpful so this feels useful.

Mind is calmer

I very very relaxed and calm.

Using here and now when breathing in and out, and focusing on my breath where I felt it most (nose for me) had quite an immediate effect. I’m genuinely surprised.
