How do you feel after meditation?

I felt very grounded and some mental tension alleviated

Incredibly grounded and focused.

I did feel somewhat nicer, still a bit of work to do however

Felt calmer

I feel much more calm and relaxed. It’s like my consciousness totally shifts. I aim to move my average level of consciousness towards that that I reach when I meditate :slight_smile: of course, during sexual activities too. I tend to degrees unconsciously towards states of mind that are less desirable.

I’m beginning to realise how much focussing on the here and now - being present - is.

I feel good. It’s really nice to feel this relaxed, even if just for a moment before I dive back into stress

Felt relaxed

I feel a little more calmer and bit more relaxed.

I had just finish another meditation before hand so I was already a little calmer and relaxed starting this one. However, I felt more focused and in control with my breathing and thoughts in a good way during this meditation.

Felt more relaxing, and helps me understand how to try implementing the breath work and mindfulness into sex

I feel more relaxed now, though I’m having a hard time imagining how box breathing and other breathing work is going to be implemented during actually sex. Like, I’m thrusting lol.

After doing these exercises it has helped shift my focus from my mind and start being slightly more present in the here and now, never thought meditation would help but proving yourself wrong does help, start of the journey but I’m confident it will all help

I’ve been pleased with the progress I’ve made with my overall mental state by using meditation to help re-focus my thoughts.

It stops racing thoughts and helps me to focus. Bringing it into sex will be interesting.

It rlly calmed down my body

This meditation usually calms me down more, but I have a million and one things going on in my mind at the moment, which I could cut through the noise for the breathing exercise to calm me down. I will try it again later to see if I get a different result.
