How do you feel after meditation?

Certainly helped me feel more centered and slow things down.

I feel focused and resilient.

Very relaxed I remembered my childhood memories, my high school years, my happy memories in the past and I remembered that the universe has always accepted me with love.

Chilled, my mind wandered a bit but managed to pull it back. Hopeful this helps.

This helped to chill me out but it did make me realise how much my mind wanders

I feel calmer than I did before

I feel much calmer after

Deeply relaxed. I chose to do it for 15 minutes, and at the end I was struglying to be awake. It was at night and lay down. I will try it to do it in the morning

Breathing and meditation do make you feel more relaxed and outside your thoughts

Definitely felt more in control of stray thoughts. They showed up, but I politely asked them to leave.

Like I need more practise to focus on only breathing
