This is a great exercise. I tried this the last time I had sex and I definitely lasted longer. Itโ€™s a tricky balance. I was so into my breath I felt like I lost a little bit of connection with my wife and got a little softer. So even though I lasted longer I donโ€™t think she got the maximum pleasure that Iโ€™ve been trying to give her by lasting longer. Sex is complicated, but educating myself with different techniques and paying attention to the small details will improve the experience for both of us. Now I know to focus my breathing, but not too much or I miss the whole point of sex which is total connection. When you lose connection the pleasure decreases

I feel much more relaxed. I noticed my ming wandering quite regularly but refocusing on the here/now breathing was really helpful

Feeling more relaxed. Easier to stop my mind wandering than it was.

the meditation helped slow my mind down a little bit and be more present in the moment
