How do you feel after meditation?

Exponentially calmer and less anxious.

Yeah helped calm me a bit

It’s definitely helping me, but want to put it into practice more

Calmed me down, i feel more grounded as a reault of the session

recently got diagnosed with adhd yet thoroughly enjoyed this. loved the reminders of when your mind drifts

Felt like my head was nodding at the tail end, almost a different state.. like right before falling asleep

Felt like I was in control of my heat beat and body

I enjoyed sneaking in a quick 5 min meditation with no audio prompts while waiting for friends to out of bed: feels like I can do it anywhere and any time.

The meditation exercises always calm my mind and put me in a more relaxed frame of mind. It’s like having the noise turned down
