How do you feel after meditation?

I went in a little anxious. I’m meeting my girlfriends mom for the first time tonight, and I’ve been nervous. I really want this to go well. And this helped me calm down a bit, but I still need to work on it. Still have a stone in my chest.

My mind kept wandering, which isn’t great, but it kept wandering to erotic thoughts about my wife, lol. Definitely helped me stop overthinking

I often do breathing exercises and meditation including guided meditations but this dude‘s voice was just annoying to me I couldn’t get through it should have more options to choose from

Feeling better. My mind was kind of all over the place this morning so it took me several minutes to settle into meditation but once I got there, I was able to slow down my thoughts. Working on being present and in the moment is tough though.

Calm. It will be a useful tool when my mind starts to race next time during sex.
