Felt more in the moment, not distracted

Felt calm but with some other thoughts

Felt extremely calm, my mind was wandering before the session but practicing the “here and now” actually made me very good and actually gave my body and face a nice flushing sensation.

Had a few intrusive thoughts but it’s getting easier to separate

Good for relaxation, but I’m not sure how I would use it in the moment. Worried, I would go soft

Very calm and relaxed. I like how he reminded me to thank myself for putting in the work here. Future me will be grateful for this effort.

Feeling more relaxed, I was able to put my busy day out of my head for a bit with the breathing and focus exercises. Feeling better for sure.
