Those few moments when I am totally in my body with no external thoughts are blissful. Hoping I can make them last longer.
After meditation, my mind feels slowed down and my body feels more comfortable. It’s definitely a positive experience for me.
I found it very interesting. I may try to practice this on my own time. Maybe while commuting to work – breathing and joy, breathe out and think peace
When I checked in with my mind at the end my worries were still there but I saw them more like an outsider as interesting objects.

I really like the idea of manifesting the “joy” and “peace” as anchors with the breathing. Even just saying the words themselves help shift your emotions as your reality is how you frame it.
