Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

Hoping things would start to change, but done a fair few of these meditations and not noticed any difference

I do feel a bit more positive.

‘Joy’ and ‘peace’ are not manly characteristics to me, they’re too lofty, so this idea of Zen through meditation and repeating those words is not something I can get with. I would prefer ‘confidence’ and ‘balance’.

I do feel as though some weight lifted from my shoulders while doing that

I think having that ten minutes to of calmness this morning really cemented how proud I am of myself do how well my date went last night (did have sex but got hard instantly when we were kissing) but also grounded me to realise there is still more work to do

The joy - peace approach is a nice alternative breathing practice. Left me feeling more positive/ relaxed

A great way to back up some of the other practices we do with a focus on the good

I feel much calmer! Felt a little real smile peeking through when doing the fake smile and feel happier

Slowly starting to handle and get the most out of the meditation sessions.
